The Kappa and The Catfish
This sequence comes from an episode of the show "Tanuki & Bros." created and produced by ScreenArts Studios.

In this episode, Brother Kappa loses his plate and learns how to be a better friend. This sequence follows Nobu, the show's human protagonist, as he finds Kappa struggling in the river. Here, both Nobu and Kappa's characters are established, as well as Nobu's relationship to the rest of the cast, and the episode's main conflict is revealed.
I was responsible for scripting this episode as well as doing some storyboards and character designs.
